If you are a prospective student or parent of one who is looking at going to Evergreen next year, your opinion is especially valuable to the school. Many people are attracted to Evergreen because our community is dedicated to social justice, free speech, transparency, active community involvement, and equitable governance but Matt’s suspension is a stain on that image. Campus safety is everybody’s issue and we would like to think we go to a school where people are allowed to make their own decisions as individuals and groups about safety.
